Pendorya Shopping Center

Pendorya Shopping Center is the first development project of TSKB REIT, which is located in Istanbul Pendik. Shopping Center has a closed area of 80,648 m² and GLA of 30,573 m².

The shopping center located in a fast developing district of Istanbul, has an important potential. The construction of the building was completed in 13 months and the Center was opened on December 17, 2009.

Particularly with Tesco-Kipa, one of the major retail chains of the world and Turkey occupying an area of 8,648 m² and Media Markt one of the biggest global electronic markets on an area of 5,500 m², Pendorya Shopping Center meets the needs of visitors with its 100 shops and the Cinemaximum cinema chain with 8 cinemas, the first cinema complex on the Maltepe-Izmit  (a big industrial city with high population) highway route.
